Child Support Services (CSS) is a private operation that has been employed by the State of Nebraska to administer the State's Child Support Enforcement program in Douglas County, Nebraska.
As with other county child support offices, our services are free to any custodial parent who applies with or is referred to us. The purpose of Nebraska's program is to help families achieve and maintain
economic sufficiency by establishing and enforcing child and medical support orders. The Nebraska Child Support Enforcement program operates on the belief that children deserve emotional and financial
support from both parents. Services are provided in order to achieve these aims. |
